Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and superace ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). By creating an account, logging into the platform, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any service offered by superace, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

If you access or use superace on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform.

These Terms apply to all services offered by superace, including but not limited to: the online casino, live dealer games, sports betting and cricket markets, fish shooting games, virtual games, promotional offers, and all account management features. Your continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as updated from time to time.

superace reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email to the address on file. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms periodically.

Eligibility and Registration

To register and use superace, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. superace operates a strict 18+ policy. Registration by, or on behalf of, any person under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not been self-excluded from superace or had a previous account closed for Terms violations.
• You are of sound mind and registering of your own free will, not under duress or coercion.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, truthful, and complete to the best of your knowledge.

When registering, you must provide a valid email address, a username, a secure password, and any other information requested during the registration flow. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

superace reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any point during the account lifecycle. This may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified time frame may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

Account Management

Each player may hold only one active account on superace at any given time. If superace discovers that a player holds more than one account — whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or any combination — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances, pending withdrawals, or bonus credits across those accounts may be voided.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. superace will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

You must notify superace immediately at support@superace if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, or if your login credentials have been compromised. Upon notification, superace will take reasonable steps to secure your account, which may include a temporary suspension pending investigation.

Account information — including email address, registered mobile number, and payment method details — may be updated by contacting support. Changes to core identification details (full legal name, date of birth) require supporting documentation and are subject to verification review before being applied.

Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days through the responsible gaming tools available in account settings. During any suspension period, the account cannot be reactivated at the player's request — the suspension runs its full course. For permanent closures, please refer to Section 10.

Deposits and Withdrawals

superace accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large transactions may be subject to enhanced verification checks.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your account balance within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. Visa and Mastercard deposits may take up to 15 minutes to reflect, depending on card issuer processing times. superace is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal requests are processed by superace within 24 hours of submission on business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. superace reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Withdrawals typically reach your mobile wallet within 2–4 hours of processing approval.
• Visa / Mastercard: Card withdrawals may take 3–5 business days depending on your issuing bank.
• Pending bonus wagering: Withdrawals will not be processed while bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding unless the player elects to forfeit the bonus balance.

superace does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own fees, for which superace accepts no responsibility. You are advised to check with your payment provider for any applicable charges.

Deposits made to a superace account are intended for use on the platform only. superace is not a banking institution and does not pay interest on account balances. Funds held in your superace account are not covered by any deposit protection scheme.

Bonuses and Promotions

superace offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific offer's terms and these general conditions, the specific offer terms prevail.

Unless the specific offer terms state otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific offer.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of credit unless the specific offer states a different validity period. Unused bonus funds and associated pending winnings will be removed after expiry.
• superace reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, including reclaiming bonus funds already credited to an account if it is determined that the player is ineligible or has violated bonus terms.
• Wagering completed with bonus funds counts toward the wagering requirement at the rate of 100% for slots and 10% for live casino games, unless otherwise specified in the individual offer terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion with other players, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonus-derived funds.

superace reserves the right to apply maximum bet limits during bonus play. Any bets placed in excess of the stated maximum bonus bet (typically ৳500 per round unless otherwise specified) may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games available on superace are provided by licensed third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. Each game operates according to the rules and return-to-player (RTP) rates set by the respective provider. Game rules are accessible within each game interface.

Random Number Generators (RNGs) used in superace's non-live casino games are independently certified for fairness. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments and are subject to the quality and operational standards of the providing studio.

In the event of a dispute about a game outcome, the game provider's server records constitute the definitive record of what occurred. superace's support team will liaise with the relevant game provider to investigate any disputed outcome. Investigations typically conclude within 5–10 business days.

The following conduct is prohibited during any gaming session on superace and may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games or the sportsbook on your behalf.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game mechanics. Any winnings derived from a known technical error may be voided.
• Collusion with other players in any multi-player game format.
• Any form of arbitrage betting or systematic abuse of odds differentials.
• Attempting to place bets after a live event outcome is known (late betting).

Cricket betting markets on superace — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are subject to the specific sportsbook rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform. Void rules, dead heat rules, and live betting settlement procedures are governed by those rules.

Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the gaming-specific prohibitions listed in Section 6, the following conduct is strictly prohibited across all areas of the superace platform:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing illegal activities.
• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or support interactions.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another player's account or to any backend system of the platform.
• Uploading, transmitting, or distributing any malicious code, virus, or disruptive software through the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing support staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Reproducing, copying, scraping, or redistributing any content from superace without prior written permission.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic access controls or account restrictions.

superace actively monitors accounts for patterns indicative of prohibited conduct. If prohibited conduct is detected, superace reserves the right to void all affected bets and transactions, suspend or permanently close the account, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

Intellectual Property

All content on the superace platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game assets, software interfaces, and any other material — is the property of superace or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content.
• Distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any platform software.
• Use any superace trademark or brand asset without prior written consent.

Game assets, studio streams, and software provided by third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe) remain the intellectual property of those respective providers. superace licenses these games for player access but does not own the underlying game IP.

Limitation of Liability

superace provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may occur, and superace will endeavour to minimise disruption during high-traffic periods such as BPL season.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, superace and its officers, directors, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, however caused.
• Technical failures of third-party payment providers, game software providers, or telecommunications infrastructure.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Interruptions to live betting markets caused by events outside superace's control, including but not limited to match abandonment, power outages, and natural disasters.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by superace's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by superace. In all other cases, superace's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension and Closure

superace reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: material breach of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe, abuse of bonuses or promotions, or conduct that is harmful to the platform or other players.

When an account is closed due to a Terms breach, superace reserves the right to void all pending bets, cancel all outstanding bonus credits, and withhold any funds in the account pending the outcome of any investigation. If the investigation concludes that no misconduct occurred, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting support@superace. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided all outstanding verification requirements have been met.

Players who close their account under a self-exclusion arrangement (see the Responsible Gaming page for full details) will not be able to reopen their account or register a new account during the self-exclusion period. superace enforces self-exclusion strictly — any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of superace, you agree to first attempt resolution through the platform's customer support process by contacting support@superace with full details of your complaint.

superace operates a formal complaints procedure. Upon receipt of a written complaint, superace will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 10 business days. Where additional time is required — for example, to obtain records from a game provider — you will be informed of the expected timeline.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. superace does not accept jurisdiction of any particular court or arbitral body as a matter of general policy; any jurisdictional questions will be addressed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed entirely if modification is not possible.

Amendments to These Terms

superace reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material amendments are made, superace will notify registered players by email to the address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or to address urgent security concerns.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly. Your continued use of the superace platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

superace may also update specific platform policies — such as the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and Bonus Terms — independently of these Terms. Changes to those documents are governed by their own amendment procedures, though material changes will similarly be communicated to registered players by email.
